Tenement building of Shreibera K.A. in the past, is situated near Tauride Garden (Tavricheskiy Sad) at the junction of Potemkinskay and Zakharievskay streets and was built in the beginning of  ХХ century. It became a luxury 20 apartments complex with gorgeous facade in barokko style after the renovation.

CTK-Lighting Technical Company was in charge of project development of facade illumination for residential complex and realized computer rendering. 

Work fulfilled in 2008.
