OOO Kinef, (holding company OAO Surgutneftegaz) is the unique oil-refining plant in North-West region of Russia.

CTK-Lighting Technical Company was in charge of project development of outdoor and indoor lighting of OOO Kinef main office (ZDU-4) and supplied lighting equipment produced by Modular Lighting Instruments, Meyer, SBP, Targetti, RZB, Fabbian, Antares and OVA.

Project was realized in 2012.
